Not only did he fix my mistakes, but he also made sure the camera arrived a day earlier than planned.

Planning to buy a Nikon digital camera I went shopping, comparing prices and shipping at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Amazon, Sears, Radio Shack and various other retailers. When 42nd Street Photo popped up on Google I thought I would check their price. Years ago, before the internet,I had purchased several items from 42nd Street Photo and was completely satisfied with their service. WOW!!! They not only had the best price, they also had free shipping,the item I wanted was in stock and they included a free lens cleaning kit. The website was very simple to navigate and my order was easily submitted. It took less than 2 minutes to complete the order which arrived "on time" safely packed and in perfect condition. (I must confess I had earlier tried ordering the same camera from WalMart but I couldn't get the order to execute. This was their loss, my gain.) Thanks 42nd Street Photo. After being a long time B&H Customer, I decided to try 42nd Street Photo due to them having a GREAT price (alot lower than B&H). The sale went smoot and Shipping (to Calif) was super fast (Ordered on the weekend: had the Camera on the following Friday!) I will definately use 42nd Street again! I was in the market for a Canon T3i DSLR and did extensive research on the web. Found 42photo.com and the great price for the lens kit option I wanted. Shipping was expedited and I received it the next day via UPS. Overall, great price and actually better than I expected.

I've bought a camera with 42photo and I've had a very good experience. It looked like that the box may have been opened previously - I wasn't sure about it, but there was no seal or sticker to peel off anywhere and some label has been peeled off the outside of the box previously (there was a sticky area there). But the camera works great, so that's what matters.

I purchased a new Canon Powershot SX260 HS and found the best price by $30 - I ordered it and got free shipping - so it was a great deal overall. I received a phone call from 42photo with a name and number to call - but no information about the call - I called back, but they were closed and couldn't get them on Saturday - I had left a message, but did not receive a call back - I called Monday afternoon and the only thing they wanted to know is if I wanted the Memory Card - when I said I already had it - they put my order through and it came by Wednesday - so extremely fast. My only reason for not 5 stars is because they could have left the message on what was needed or preferrably handle through an e-mail message since I ordered online. I felt like the order was held up to try and make an additionals sales pitch. Overall, though - very satisfied and I would definitely use them again - just need to make sure the communication is a little better.

folks, don't get fooled! these guys are SCAMM. Seem to be very nice and promising over the phone, however when you come in store you realize whatever they say over the phone is a lie. The guy (Eric) told me we can discuss price when I come down to the store. So I came as we agreed and he didn't even show up. Everybody else played "I don't know, come tomorrow" game ... They are real freaks. Terrible service, very rude. I bought my camera and when I came home found Warranty card was missing from the box. I don't even bother thinking to get it back -- they don't respond to my calls. Don't ever give credit card details over the phone "to hold your item in stock" !!! I paid full price in cash, and found $200 charge on my credit card statement when I arrived back home. I had to report fraudulent transaction and cancel my credit card.

I regret I didn't explore more about them in advance -- that's when I come across www_dot_resellerratings_dot_com ... read reviews and never go back to this store. If you happen to be down there, just walk up and down the street and you'll find a lot better deals around!! My package I was looking for was like 200 cheaper just one block away.

WOW you guys are great. Did you personally drive down to deliver my camera kit.I ordered my camera on Monday later afternoon around 4pm, and shockingly it was waiting for me in my house on Tuesday when i got home from work.
