Won't be coming back
We had been hearing a lot of rave reviews about the coconut shrimp at 99. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when visiting in Waterbury Connecticut from Canada when our waiter informed us that coconut shrimp are no longer on the menue - head office decision! We decided to order stake burgers. Here's a tip for the people who make decisions: be sure that the meat is bigger than the bun! The bun was so huge it was impossible to get it into one's mouth. We started by first cutting off big chunks of the bun and finally settled for making it an open faced sandwich. Don't know what you built your reputation on but your current offerings won't be winning you any accolades.

Thoroughly disappointed!

I used to love to eat at 99 and was very happy they built this one due to it was close to where i live.I have always ordered the steak.i know it is not a steak house but I have always been happy at other 99's that I have gone to.The cook's here look like the are 15 or 16 cooking for the whole place.I was not happy wit the steak and the manager came over to help me.All he said was this is how we coo a steak here.I was not happy at all.Undercooked and burnt on one side..I will not eat here again.I think they need new HELP !! Old enough to drive at least!!!

99 Restaurant in Haverhill,Ma. 786 River St. 07/06/07
The waitress was fine. The problem started when everyone I was with got thier food and I'am still waitting. The waitress came back and said, the bartender gave your steakburger to someone else.My burger made it to the table when everyone was just about done. The manager " LENNY" was not concerned about the long wait. Very unprofessional, needs training on people skills.

Good Food, God price, Good Service-Good trip!
I took my husband there because a friend had told me about the Chicken Salad with manderin oranges, delicious sauce, etc.
It was a delicious EARLY dinner(the Key is the Early part). Got there just before 5pm and no lines, no waiting and waitress had enough time for us. I loved the colorful and crunchy noodles.
Thanks for a nice night out.
Visited your restaurant in Canton MA on Route 138. Ashley was our waitress and did a fine job.. We'll definitely be back!!

99 Restaurant in North Attleboro, MA (
The wait was too long, so my husband and I decided to sit at the bar. We ordered drinks, and to my surprise the soda was flat. The bartender took care of it right away. We then placed an order for the " Boneless Buffalo Wings and Potato Skins Sampler " unfortunately, the wings were like rubber. We then also ordered soup and salad. I had trouble identifying the Seafood Chowder, since it lacked seafood, potato chowder would have been a more appropriate name. The Ceaser Salad was fine, except we had to send it back to get cheese and croutons, however, the side loaf of focaccia bread was a little too much including the half a stick of butter used to coat the bread.

Good Food, Not so good a value
The food was good and the portions were adequate. But nothing came with the meal. No salad and no bread. And whose idea was it to make bread a "side" item ? You get two sides with your entre. Vert stupid move.

99 Restaurant Taft Corners Williston, VT
The service was great, but the ribs my husband said tasted like bologna. I don't know the method of cooking or the quality of ribs you folks use, but a rethink of the process should be in order. The rest of the meal was very tasty so it was especially disappointing when the ribs didn't measure up. This was a celebration dinner that was a party pooper.

The 99 Restaurant in Marlborough Ma - on Rt. 20 West (New)
The waitress Mindy was just great and the food was excellent. The biggest problem with this restaurant is the noise level. It is very loud and music is much too loud. We have experienced this about four times now. The noise level in the 99 in Hudson, Ma. is not nearly as loud. We will most likely go to Hudson although we like the set up of the Marlborough one better. Please submit this to the right people and see if it makes a difference. We hear many complaints about noise.

99 Restaurant Route 20 Worcester, MA Service Excellency at its best 10/15/06
I had the opportunity to visit the 99 Resturant in Wprcester today with my family and recently was injured with a serious leg injury. I got out of my vehicle with crutches and was surprised to see an employee come out to assist me. The staff went beyond what I expected and made my experience great. Service, Food and Attention to detail made my day, after four difficult weeks of rehabilitation. Thanks to all the staff especially Lisa-K
