Over the 2006 holiday season the MOA sold VISA gift cards to be used at any store available there. My teen daughter chose yours. The nightmare in using this card went on for over 48 hours. As the purchase finally came to fruition there was no exceptional customer courtesy applied.. I feel that the very fact that I chose to stay and spend these ridiculous cards at your store, that took so long, would have entitled some sort of bonus to get me to come back. The service I recieved was lousy. And I am very upset.
