Customer service is horrible; the owner Mike Davidson lies about his guarantee. They sell an "Airboss" Card membership for $39 a year which in my opinion is worthless, not too many FBO's accept this card and I would never get my money's worth. They guarantee you to be happy or your money back but once they have your money they refuse to refund it when you’re not happy. They fight tooth and nail to keep your money. They keep promising a refund and keep putting you off until it is too late to dispute the charge on your Credit Card. A bunch of liars. I would not recommend doing business with this Company, its owner or using its website.

This site has a lot of information (except weather). My main complaint is that the layout could be better and the interface is kind of klunky.

Customer service slow to add FBO information and respond to requests, site frequently down (like now). Stick with Fltplan..

It's a site that does everything that it says it does, all the info a person could want concerning airports and navaids. I have never had trouble connecting to it. Especially usefull are the airport diagrams, photos (when available) and the approach plates.
