Search results gave me a hotel 1300 miles away with very misleading hotel details. On realizing this website mistake, I tried contacting them. They don't provide a mean to reach them...no phone number, no email id. Only a website posting system giving no means of documenting the mail. They got back to me 4 days late only after multiple mails to them and they were extremely uncourteous and unprofessional and I had to stop payment via my credit card company
