Another banning, for THEIR error, and they were nasty on top of it.
I had paid $10 for a "gold show," and the gold show glitched out less than a third of the way through. A message came up that customer service should be contacted. I was told that the charges weren't showing up yet, so I said I'd check back later to see if I was charged. I returned to see what had happened and whether the girls would be putting on another show. They were very upset, for their customers, even though they were the ones who would lose the money. While they were waiting to find out how to proceed, they decided to entertain their customers a little until it was all resolved. When I said how nice they had been and complimented them to customer service, I exited... AND THEN FOUND I HAD BEEN CHARGED $142 AND CHANGE FOR A PRIVATE SESSION. I called them and tried to explain that I had not intentionally gone into a private session, the girls weren't IN a private session, we were all waiting around to find out about the gold show. I HAVE NEVER spoken to such unresponsive, rude customer service reps in my life. They said I had two choices, to be given a credit, meaning I'd have to use up $142 on their site or get a refund and BE BANNED FOR LIFE. I tried to explain and no one wanted to hear it. I called back to speak to someone else, and he said he didn't want to go over it again, I had already been banned. STAY AWAY. The worst part is that I promised the girls, because they were so nice, that I would come back and take care of them because they ended up losing all of their money because of the site's incompetence. And now I can't even get back in to tell them what happened, which I guess is the point to my being banned. And they don't know their being nice was costing their customers a ton of money.
