The guy that I had spoken to was very helpful, of course he would be to make a sale. I explained to him about the issue,in which, there was a long scratch on both of the panels of my car. I used primer, recommended # of sand paper, base coat paint, and clear gloss coat. The gloss coat came out much lighter in color than my car ( which I later learned by a body shop that in order to match the exact color of the car you have to paint the entire car) the primer kept coming off after I was told to sand paper the primer until smooth. The clear coat was extremely rough and bumpy, in which, did not match the rest of my car. Now, I am in need of having my car painted over in several areas (the areas that I painted on my car) so that my car will look new and match via texture and color. I will say that the scratches that had been there before look MUCH better, though. I hardly can tell that they are there, but I will not ever again order from this company.
