Unable to use account services Most times I have been unable to log in. Thinking that I may be using an incorrect password, I have requested a new one. When trying to change the password, using the one BR sent to me, the site would not allow me to make a change. As a last resort, I tried to re-register, but the site asked me to choose a security question from there list of options...there was nothing under the list. I then emailed customer service for their assistance and, of course, they said there wasn't anything they could, I would have to call the company responsible for THEIR Credit Card.
Why then do they even have Account Services on THEIR site? Why not just redirect to THEIR CARD COMPANY??  Helpful (0) |  Comments (0) |
