It is very hard to pay online your credit card payment using a different bank other than Bank of America. They require you to sign in to a different website completely to do this. The sceurity faeture of BOA site is good however. The check copy features are nice. They should do the same for desposit copies.

I have breen a sat bank of america cust for 40 yrs (started when national bk of fitzgerald high credit rating.mgre of large corp fin office and now retired. Caretaker of 92 yr old mother, bankof amweica has cashed her small stat merit retirement check for 10 yrs until july 11 2009, fitzgerald branch refused with id with my account numer drivein and main branch, 3 times, would not let me deposit in my checking account and again refused tto cash with proper id i am 76 year od well known cust at this ban in this very small town, however,i went to another local bank they cashed the check for me, si i am in process of closing my long time acct with bank of america and have opened with anither bank that was glad to have my business,bank of america nneeds to pay a visit to the fitzgerald ga branch and find out why they have lost 5 seasoned employees this past year and take a lool at asst br mgr

made a large $amount payment on my credit card 21/2 wks before due date, followed up, was told by account manager ,the acct. would be credited that day, length of time went by , acct. still not credited,called again, accounts manager answered with statement of customer satisfacton, I told him I was not satisfied with Bank of America and explained why. He assured me the problem was solved and I would not be charged the high apr rate. I feel when a customer makes a early payment to their acct. Bank of America does not post your payment til due date, so they can still charge you the high interest rate.
