The Worst Customer Service Imaginable BUYER BEWARE!
Non existent customer service. Waited nearly three weeks for my order and it was wrong. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Avoid a massive headache and shop elsewhere!

Don't waste your time: they don't deliver
I contacted this company in December, 2011, to order a chess knight charm along with the other chess piece charms. I was told the knight would be available in February, 2012. I ordered the set of chess charms in February, 2012. I received all but the knight. I contacted the company and they ignored me. The only response I got from them was I'd have to wait like they do; the plating is done offsite. I'm still waiting; the charm showed "available" the last time I checked the website. That's when I contacted the BBB. They didn't have any better results. I'm so disgusted I don't even want to make the bracelet now. It was to be a memory bracelet for a friend of mine who died; it's just a nightmare now. I even promised the company I wouldn't bother them again if they'd just send me the charm they owe me. Is that too much to ask for?

EXTREMELY POOR customer service
These guys need a lesson in business management, that their customers are supposed to be number 1. They never reply any e-mails, I needed to know what the stock situation was after 3 days, no reply. These were for a wedding and I needed someone reliable, so I had to raise a dispute via paypal to get a refund, finally they responded and I got a refund. Funny thing is, while waiting for this whole process I went with beadsonline and got my beads the next day, and they replied my email within a couple of hours regarding stock count. Til today I still have not gotten an apology or explanation why they never replied my query, and they didn't even leave proper case notes in the paypal dispute.

Try Primitive Beads instead
Most unprofessional company I've ever had the misfortune to use. You need to order at least 2 months in advance or you won't get anything in time! They appear to have a huge selection of charms, but in reality, they probably only ever have some of the items in stock. I think they must wait for your order, then order from their equally unreliable suppliers, which is why it takes so long for them to get an order out. Then they still leave you hanging for a few months for the 'backorder' items, before canceling the rest of the order themselves! Seriously, the company must only consist of Debbie and her husband and no one else, as it has to take over a week to even put an order together never mind ship it. Like another reviewer, I've finally had enough. This is the last time ever I'm ever going to order from them. I just wish there were more places that I can post bad reviews about them - I'm so annoyed at their service (and their inability to care that they're so bad, look at the first review - how can they NOT have improved their service in over 2 years??!!!) that I want everyone to know what a terrible company they are and to avoid them like the plague!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Every thing that you have read about this company is true. Placed an order with them back in Febuary, I did receive 3 thing I ordered. But the other items(about 15) I haven't received. I email (u can't call, they don't list there #)Debbie-aka-co-owner,husband Tom is the other owner.She did resopnd, I canceled the order. My paypal account was going to be credit.It was not, 3 emails later to her she will not respond. It is now May!! PLEASE go to the BBB and check them out.They have a D- rating. The BBB isn't to happy with this company. They have a # of complaints that have been filed. Mine WILL be Next. I CAN PROVE EVERTHING,I HAVE ALL MY RECORDS, will be glad to share so you can see for yourself. GOD help them!! I don't think there headed in the right direction!! If u know what I mean.!!

Nevwer again
This is the worst service I have ever had online. I only ordered from them because I can't find some of these charms anywhere else. But I have finally said "enough". I have ordered when they said the it was "overstocked" items and they still backordered the items I ordered. Pleas don't waste your time and money on this site you will only regret it!

Disgusting, appalling 'service'
I am horrified, but admittedly slightly relieved that I am not the only one who shares your experience. i only wish I had googled the company before placing a $468 order with them. My order was placed 27th April, I am still waiting for $90 worth and I've had to pay $60 customs charges on packages I've received (i'm in the Uk) becasue they lie on the shipment and said it was worth more than $300 - only about $100 was in that shipment. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very bad experience - I wish I could rate them as worse than poor
I placed a small order in later February. Half of the order shipped quickly and I was told that the rest was on backorder. The web site says that back orders are filled within 14 days. It is now late July and I still haven't received the rest of my order. They do not respond to my e-mails.
If they think I will give up and go away so they can keep my money without having to provice anything, they are wrong. I will find every review site on the internet and write up my experience.
