hi friends enjoy all the time

I recently won a few auctions on bidz.com and patiently awaited my order,it never arrived.I contacted customer service and they said it had been shipped,but I would first have to fill out one of there lost item forms before they would look into it.They say the forms have to be notarized,which in Canada costs around 50 - 70 dollars depending where you go,For an order which only totalled 75.00 this obviously didn't make any sense. I told them my bank would supply a letter of verification,but that was not good enough for them. Needless to say,I'm out 75.00 and can't do anything about it. My advice to any Canadians buying on e-bay would be to insure your goods,as bidz.com will not help you if the package goes missing
