I recently ordered a Rhino Shelter Car Storage Bag on the 18th of December for the amount of $179.95. I also paid $74.73 to have it overnighted to have as a Christmas gift for my brother. I was guarenteed that it would arrive no later than the evening of the 24th of December! Guess what it never came! So when my family openened gifts the night of the 24th I had nothing to give my brother except an excuse! When I called auto anything they told me that they were the middle man and the other person sent it ground but charged them for overnight shipping and that they would refund the shipping costs to me. Although, if I choose to return the item now I would have to pay to return it! I think they have BAD customer service and would NEVER do business with them again!

I purchase tickets in Jan 08 for a Linkin Park Concert in Salt Lake City and was promised they would arrive one week before the event in March. One week before I checked the status and was told they didn't have the tickets and couldn't get them. All they offered to do is rufund my money. It's now Sept 08 and I am still trying to get my refund. Now they say they can't issue a credit and I need to deal with my Credit Card Company to disput the transaction. The transaciton was in Jan and the Credit Card company one does disputes for 60 days after teh transaction date.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM! Andrew is a joke to deal with if you can even reach anyone at their business.

Purchased 3 tickets to Bette Midler in Las Vegas for 6/25/08 on March 3, 2008. After checking status today, was informed that the 2nd party broker (they are a 3rd party broker) had a malfunction with their printer and my tickets were never printed...and now I have no tickets...nothing but an apology from Ticketsmyway.com. Several thousands of dollars have been invested in this trip and this was a gift to my sister. Venue is sold out now. Do not use this company. They are unresponsive, do not follow-up on situations such as this.
