Ordered goods which were advertised as in stock 7 day delivery. They have 2 days left and still havent despatched them. I have sent 4 emails they havent replied.
My advice is DO NOT USE BLISSBOX unless you want the same service as I have received. Love Honey however are brilliant

Nice site, looks good and has a good range of products. Each title is sent seperately, so no problems with getting through the letter box. I use blissbox and gamelink for all my porn needs now.

Blissbox has a huge amount of films to choose from and they also ship to the UK, which is great. Lots of info and reviews and a great pornstar section. Films arrived within 5 days, although they did all come seperately when I would have prefered one box, good service will use again.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen these reviews before, as otherwise I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

Their website looks great, however everything else is extremely bad. I ordered 2 DVDs around 3 weeks ago of which one couldn't be delivered in over a full month (to be delivered within 28 days). Blissbox.com couldn't refrain to draw the full amount of money from my credit card anyway. The other DVD was confirmed as to be delivered "within 7 working days", but guess what - no sight of anything after 10 working days.

Communication with this company is just not possible, all emails will be ignored or even deleted unread. Whatever you ask or request, you won't get a response.

I will contact my bank to claim the money back and never order again.

Another bad thing: the email address I used for ordering started to receive Dutch porn spam after the order and Blissbox is a Dutch company - can't prove that though.

However, think twice before you place an order. I won't do it again.

this company is very un professional..i ordered a dvd over a 6 weeks ago..the payment was taken from my bank account promptly..and i havent received my goods or even had an e mail from blissbox..i have sent them over a dozen e mails asking about my order and have been ignored..i advice anyone to avoid these people like the plague..

Tried the Download service for a film, took my details and let me download. When download completed surprise surprise it wouldn't work, e-mailed to get help, no reply, logged on 2 weeks later to find out what was happening and I couldn't even login, my details had been wiped. I would agree to avoid like the plague and if you give your details make sure that change your credit card.

The site itself is well presented and looks very proffessional and nice.
Unfortunately thats the only good thing i have to say. I was after a Ditta Von Teese DVD as my wife is a fan. It wa quite hard to find but Bliss Box showed it in stock. Great ! So I ordered it despite it being relatively expensive. No order confirmation email, Credit card charged immediately. 2 weks later Still nothing, emailed asking for update nothing. waited a week asked for refund.nothing another 2 weeks asked for yet another refund nothing...
I strongly suggest avoiding this website.
