This is your warning. DO NOT order from this company. Truly worst service I have experienced. Called the company and none of the departments could figure out where my order was. None of the departments are integrated. The customer service reps have poor attitudes and are unfriendly. I cannot see how anyone would have a good experience. I'm sure this company will not exist for a long time. Save your money!!!

The bouquet pictured was lush and colorful with a variety of colours. The one sent was sparse, ugly, with 3 varieties of cheap looking flowers. I complained and a new one, barely better than the first, was sent. Recipients do not generally complain. Bloomex is relying on this. I was embarassed and felt cheap when I saw this tacky bouquet!!

On September 28th I put in an online order for a bouquet for my Moms birthday. The total cost was $45.18, the delivery date was to be October 1st(her birthday) to Yellowknife NT, I had put in instructions to call her before arrival (She has MS so with a disability its easier for her to know if someone is going to buzz her apartment)
I let my mom know that I had a wonderful gift arriving for her on her birthday. The eve of October 1st she gave me a call and said she waited all afternoon and no one came or called, she advised to cancel it and get my money back. I tried calling the bloomex phone line but no one answers, all you get when yo call is an automated voice saying all representatives are busy and leave your order number and phone number and someone will return your call. I did this 6 times and no call!!
I tried calling October 2nd again, I finally got a hold of someone but all they could tell me was that they would have someone call me back in regards to cancelling my order.No returned call. My mom waited that day too just incase. I recieved a UPS tracking number stating my flowers were shipped from Richmond BC on Sept 29th and they tried to deliver on October 2nd, no one tried!! I called UPS and they said they "maybe" able to deliver on October 3rd. I advised them they were flowers whixch were probably dead by now! I finally got a hold of a rep that eve with online chat on 1800flowers who told me they could DO NOTHING until they spoke with UPS. I explained to them all I wanted was a full credit for a product I purchased that was not delivered on time.October 3rd my Mom finally recieved the package with no water, and just wrapped in plastic! like I really wanted to send my ill Mom a dead bouquet of flowers 2 days late for her birthday!! They finally gave me a refund MINUS their stupid $9.99 fee to have the dead flowers set back to them! This is after I put in a dispute with my credit card and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. To this day they have not been picked up.

I saw this company on a search engine advertising same day delivery so I decided to give them a shot. I wish I could go back in time! A friend of mine is in the hospital and I couldn't get out there until the evening. I decided to send flowers to break up her day, so I placed my online order with them before 1pm their time. I got to the hospital at 7pm and no flowers. I bought her another gift to compensate, planning on cancelling the flowers the next day. Of course I could not get a hold of anyone the next morning when I tried calling promptly at 9am, but I left a voice msg and an email asking someone to contact me and left 2 contact numbers as well. I then got a call from my friend saying that SHE received a call saying that the flowers were on their way and they wanted to make sure she was still in the hospital. I called again and left another msg saying I wanted to cancel them, and finally received an email sometime later saying that I couldn't cancel them as they had been made and sent but since I am out of the production area that it takes over a day. Why did give me the option for same day delivery then?? Why did they not let me know when I ordered them for the same day that it wouldn't be possible? They clearly would see that the address is "out of the production area" when they processed the order, and clearly saw I wanted them to be recieved that day. They charge you the 4.99 same day fee knowing it can't be done, and then after you find out they didn't show, thats all they will refund you! I emailed them again with these questions and some others, but have not heard back. My friend received the flowers the next day but I have not seen them myself so I cannot vouch for their quality, not that I care if they are nice or not at this point.
This company seems not to care at all about customer service, as they have proven by not contacting me or trying to compensate for their mistake and what I believe is false advertising. Its very frustrating not to be able to talk to anyone on the phone too.
The only reason I didn't use a local florist was because the hospital she was in is quite a ways away from me so I was not famliar with any, and thought I'd try something new. I do work in a hospital, and do a lot of patient care, and often have families asking me what florists I recommend. Suffice to say I will be strongly advising against using this company to as many people that will listen. At least I can get some satisfaction in knowing I can help prevent others from wasting their time and money.
From what I have read they try to say that the bad reviews they receive are from competitors, but I am definitely not in the flower business. To prove so I have my order number: 913016

My order was left out in the delivery truck overnight and all 300 roses were frozen. I sent pictures of the 300 dead roses to Michelle Brazeau at michelle at bloomex.ca and was told I could not get a refund but that the order would be re-shipped. Unfortunately, my fiancée only graduates from University once. We agreed to have the flowers sent on her great grandmother’s birthday instead (because I couldn’t get a refund!) and, naturally, the flowers never showed up. I spoke to Megan at 613-963-0499 and was again told I couldn’t get a refund but that the 300 roses would be shipped on September 1st in time for my brother’s anniversary. Again, no roses! Now, I can’t get anyone on the phone unless I’m placing an order and the guy who answers 613-963-0499 is quite rude when I ask who I can speak with regarding this issue. He always claims that he is alone in the office and that there’s no one else there to speak with. My guess is that he’s working out of his basement somewhere. Nobody ever calls back when I leave a message and regardless of which phone number I call. These guys simply take your money and don't seem to care about their customers. They hide behind answering machines and WEB sites. If you have any problems dealing with these people, call your bank or credit card company ASAP for a CHARGE BACK. DO NOT fall for the re-shipping of your order ploy. This is a delay tactic as they know charge backs will not be processed after three months. Stay clear of these guys!

My Bloomex experience
Aug 1/09 girls weekend.. the "supreme gourmet gift basket" and flowers arrive late. I received a smashed fruit basket which case the "Supreme Gourmet" fruit basket did not have any fruit in it, the flowers were ok. After numerous frustrating encounters with Bloomex the "Supreme Gourmet Basket" was finally replaced September 1/09, their "SUPREME GOURMET BASKET" consisted of
1-1 ounce pkg jelly beans
1-1 ounce of jam
1-3.76 ounce cheese spread
1-3.35 ounces. Chocolate flavored cookies
1-1 babybel piece of cheese (size of a twoonie)
1-1 ounce pkg Venus crackers
1-.7oz (10 Earl Grey) tea bags
1-1 cup size of coffee grounds
1-12.5 oz of Max field chocolates
What a deal for $135.00
How embarassing for the sender thinking you were being lathered with special treats to receive an ounce pkg of Jelly Beans... oh and the twoonie sized piece of cheese was so unbelievable!
I can understand mistakes .. but fix the problem.. do not build more of a problem

I ordered flowers yesterday for my mother, who just recieved some bad news about a cancer diagnosis. I paid extra for the same day delivery. The flowers did not come. I called and told them they can forget about the flowers and refund my money,the company refused to do this saying that the only way I could get the money back was to have the flowers sent and then take them back from my mother and return them to the ppl who delivered them in my area. my mother still has not recieved her flowers as of today. I am very upset as I work hard for my money and they say on the phone that their "coustomers are important to us" haha, Im so sure.

As a customer from the UK I found the ordering and transaction really easy. I was kept upto date with the orders progress and was informed when the flowers had been delivered. I particularly liked the fact that I could talk to someone online when I had a query.

After hours spent choosing flowers, I ordered an arrangement for a family members funeral. I received a message from bloomex confirming address, payment etc. Then I received a please contact message. I went online to their help line as indicated. I tried for hours with no result. I finally left an email, no response. The flowers did not arrive at the funeral home, they did not even arrive for the funeral!! In what was already a sad occassion, this company made it so much worse! We were the only family members without floral representation! When you can't be there, it is nice to know that your flowers were there. I finally got a hold of someone today who confirmed the flowers were not sent, but could not tell me why or offer a refund. I was told a customer service rep. would be in touch asap. Okay, 5 hours later, two phone messages, emails and I am still waiting. The customer service of this company is so bad it can not even be rated. I advise you to stay far away from this company. Call a local store or do ftd. Do not use Bloomex if you want complete satisfaction, you will be sorely disappointed.

I phoned your number, knowing nothing about you or your service ... the person on the phone was so pleasant ... Stephan ? ... and he gave me confidence that I was calling a person, rather than a "machine" taking a number ... the flowers were delivered to my friends room at the hospital and she has had rave comments on the flowers and arrangement. Thank you for bringing a smile to a sick person's face ... I could see her smile from across the country. Again, thank you so much ... and for asking for this follow up. It is so professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use BLOOMEX again, should the service be needed. Thank you!

I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday. Living away from her, I randomly chose a "local" florist in hopes of making the process easy (my error). On the internet, Bloomex lists a local Calgary number and shows a local address on Google map. I thought this would be simple enough. Do not be fooled.
To summarize a long story, after sending me an email that the flowers had been delivered, they then contacted me and said that the courier had actually tried to deliver them, but that the phone number and address were "wrong". I did not realize that my mom had changed her home phone as we always talk via cell. I had provided them with her cell as an alternate number, but they apparently did not try to contact her by cell. I provided them with the new home number and told them the address was indeed correct. But, they continued to insist in repeated emails that they needed a new address. When I finally talked to someone and they read the "wrong" address back to me, it was the original correct address. This was after I had spoken to someone on the phone already and my mom had spoken to them three times over one day. She said that she would be happy to stop into the shop and pick up the flowers, but they said there was no shop, only processing centers. I tried the helpline again later in the day, only to get a recorded message. I used the "1" trick and talked to a lady who reported to me that I needed to give a correct address for the courier. All this after my mother, who is the recipient, had spoken to them three times, and I had spoken to someone, as well as emailed someone, reporting that the original address was correct. It was like a distorted version of Groundhog Day.
They subsequently told my mom that they would deliver the flowers at 6 p.m. the day after her birthday. Then it turned into "9 p.m. or the next day". It is now the next day (tumbleweeds blowing by).No apology was made to her at anytime. I received an explanation after they had inaccurately reported the flowers as delivered, but no further help or apology from there. No one has thus far has told me when the flowers will be delivered. I had to get the info. from my mom about the above delivery time(s) (way to take the excitement out of the act of giving flowers).
It is true, as stated below, that you have to hit "1" to catch someone. I tried the help line several times and only got a message. In order to get help you have to go to the "Place an Order" selection. It became a game for us to see who could be the first person to reach a live voice on the help line. No winner yet.
On the bright side I was able to talk to my mom several times on and after her birthday. We were able to bond a little over the situation.
Bottom Line: Poor communication, Lack of good customer service. You are not getting any sort of amazing super deal to justify ruining the act of trying to give someone flowers.
I have used 1-800-Flowers and Pro Flowers several times without a problem. Bloomex is a good choice if you are in Business School and want to do a project involving ineffective customer service.

I even paid extra for the guaranteed same day delivery and the flowers never made it there. The customer service said it was sent out they will be there a little bit later than as promised (which was 5pm) but when I called back to say it wasn't received at 9:30pm, they said my order was under investigation and they'll contact me via e-mail when they hear from me. When I asked for more information about the investigation they only replied "we'll contact you via e-mail," completely ignoring the question that I was asking. Terrible service, will not return.

I have had a terrible experience with Bloomex.
I have ordered from them twice in the past 6 months and both times have had my flowers substitued. Their website states that there substitution policy in 2006 was 1.3% - however does not have statistics from 2007, 2008, or 2009 year to date.
Given my track record, the substitution was 100%.
The first time was not such a big deal - I was annoyed they decide for you what the flowers were and do not give you the chance to change them if you do not like them.
However, the second time they substituted my bright colourful bouqet that I was sending to a friend who was sick with a all white calla lillies - flowers associated with weddings and funerals. Which might be fine if she was young - but given she just suffered a stroke, sending funeral flowers was entirely inappropriate!
I have now emailed them 4 times, gone on the "live chat" twice, and called the 1-800 number twice - and not received any kind of answer other than "please see our substitution policy".
The flowers were a - different colour (red and pink to all white), b- cheaper, c - inappropriate due to the circumstances.
The only response I got quoted was there substitution rate was only 1.3% in 2006 - how does that help me now?!?!?!?
Beware - With regards to returns or getting your money back, their policy is that you have to return the flowers (I can't ask for them back!), and then they charge you $9.99 (how can you charge someone to give them their money back??!?!?)
So they long and the short - it sounds like they are great if they don't substitue your flowers. But there is no resource if you have any problems with your order, and if you are looking for a particular flower or arrangement, then be careful because they will inform you they have substitued your order with something entirely different with out giving you a chance to agree or change if you are not happy.
And it is pretty much impossible to get a response from them if you are not happy with your order (4 emails later with nothing but a reference to their website...)

So I ordered three sympathy bouquets and sent the to my parents place for various family member. The Lilies were gorgeous but the daisy's that came were wilted and half dead. I left a message on the customer service number and iddn't hear anything back. I than went on the live chat and spoke to Ivan. I was rather upset that they wanted me to ask my parents to take pictures of the bad flowers and email them to thier wecare email address. I said I can't ask my parents in the middle of them planning my grandfather's funeral to stop and take pictures of crappy flowers. Ivan said no problem and escalated my issue to a manager. I was told I would receive a call asap (I hate asap) but unfortunatly he couldn't give me a definite time. So after 30 minutes I went back online and ask Ivan again how much longer. He sent another message to the manager and in 5 minutes I received a phone call from Jennifer (I believe that was her name. She was very nice and fixed the situation very quickly). I explained I didn't want my money back just nice flowers sent to the house. She advised me that daisies wilt quickly so we decided to send 2 bouquets of the Lily flowers which were pretty. I also expressed that the flowerest they are using in Bedford NS ( a nice/posh area) should know better than to send their clients junk flowers and she said they would contact the flowers and express my dissatisfaction. Unfortunatly the flowers closes at 5pm so my parents and grandmother won't get new NICE flowers until tomorrow but that's better then being left with ugly ones. So in the end I would recommend anyone that has an issue to go through the live chat. Remember that Bloomex is the middle man and it's the flowerist that send the bad flowers not bloomex. If you aren't happy with your flowers let bloomex know so hopefully they will stop using that flowerist.

Hi, After our discussion this morning, I thought I would find some material for our "positive" campaign for Bloomex.
Each of these emails are actual emails received from customers who are happy with our services.
There are a few more out there, that are being translated into French and Chinese that will help for different areas.
If we post the chinese one in Vancouver for example and the french one from Montreal.
Just let me know how we want to organize which warehouse we can get to post where, then we can move ahead with this.

I ordered flowers for my fiance as she had a hard day and was feeling down. I ordered before 1pm in order to take advantage of the guaranteed 5pm delivery. Flowers were never delived. Received an email from Bloomex stating non-delivery was due to "technical difficulty". I could NEVER get anyone when calling customer service - always got "no agent is available" and to go to the website and click on the flashing "operator is online" button. I only had one request, I wanted Bloomex to contact my fiance and appologize to her for not sending the flowers. I chatted online with Julie, Karen, Dancan, and Crystal. Not one called my fiance with an apology (yet 2 told me they would). I was told by one that they were only operators and not customer service and was told by another that "all would be resolved after investigation" - whatever that means. I asked about the "guaranteed delivery if ordered by 1pm". Received no answer. I am very very very disapointed. Customer service and guaranty are both worthless.

If you want to surprise a loved one by a bouquet of flowers, don't be surprised if you do not get them at all. Bloomex.ca is a website that collected money from me and never delivered order. It looks nice and professional until you give them a credit card. Ridiculous and disgusting service. They ruined my wife’s celebration as the flower delivery was a part of a surprise. The customer service girl told me “whatever” .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They don't deliver the flowers and when you try to follow up, there is no way to contact them. I had the same experience as others. Ordered flowers, they didn't deliver when they were supposed to, emailed me a day after they were supposed to be delivered that they ran out. And would deliver on Monday or whenever they could and I could cancel. I tried to cancel but then they said I had to pay a $25 cancellation fee, then they said they delivered them and that they would charge 9.99 to pick them up. But they never delivered them.

Contacting them to place and order and giving them your credit card number was extremely easy. Getting the product in a timely manner or any meaningful customer service was vertually pointless. Even the Better Business Bureau gave up ! If you order from them after reading this - I've got a pair of Olympic 2010 Gold Metal hockey tickets for sale - CHEAP

I ordered a fruit basket from them and it never arrived. I called their customer service and tried to contact them via their online help to no avail. I found it very easy to order and was kept apprised of where the delivery was at every stage of the process. I didn't personally see the flowers however received great feedback from the receiver.

Ordered flowers on Monday. Their website clearly states flowers 'will be between 9 - 5' next day. No sign of flowers on Wednesday and customer service is less than stellar. Would never use Bloomex again. I suspect, though I cannot prove, that the positive reviews for Bloomex on this site are being posted by Bloomex staff/friends/family. I will be reversing credit card payment later today unless they fulfill their end of the transaction (I have held up my end by paying).
When I spoke with their order taking department (you get a recording if you have a complaint - I had to use chat to complain)a rep told me they are getting so many orders they are having problems; that's not acceptable because if you can't service your customers you shouldn't be selling your services.

I cannot highlight unacceptable enough! Bloomex is a company that does NOT deserve your business. I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered on May 8th - 1 to my grandma and 2 to my mom for Mother's Day. Grandma did not get her delivery until May 10th (Sun. at night!!) and my mom got hers May 12th (Tues.). Needless to say, Mother's Day did NOT greet either one of them with flowers. When the bouquets did arrive, some of the flowers were wilted/turning brown. I have tried calling them (leaving voicemails) and sending e-mails...NO responses. I should have checked this site before my purchases. Most reviews on Bloomex are negative. This company's service is UNacceptable!!

I cannot express how completely UNsatisfied I am with this company. I placed an order on Friday for a next day delivery (Sat.) so that my mother would receive the bouquet before Mother's Day. The flowers arrived on Monday. Great. You basically have to search through the "fine print" to discover that because Kitchener is not one of their "delivery cities" they will deliver only on the next business day.
Also, don't expect to get anything remotely similar to their picture. I ordered a bouquet of multi-coloured roses (red, yellow, purple and yellow). What arrived was a bouquet of very short-stemmed red and white roses that were already wilted.

I ordered flowers from Bloomex for Mother's Day. I had the order confirmed on Sat morning. Sat eve I was emailed that the florist was out of stock so i ran out and got something else for my mom. Today i find out that the flowers are to be delivered tomorrow (!!) and I cannot cancel. I was chatting on line with a Bloomex agent and they ended my session and now will not acknowledge me. It appears that they do not stand behind their same day delivery guarantee. I am so mad!!

My mother and sister-in-law are in the hospital with my very sick nephew for Mother's Day. I ordered a basket of fruit and chocolate through Bloomex and included the hospital address, the department, the room number and my nephew's name as well as my mother's. I also specifically requested that they deliver it on Mother's Day, and not a few days before as they did last year in spite of the fact I had also asked for a Mother's Day delivery. At 9:37 the basket was dumped with someone named "Louis" somewhere in the hospital bearing only the hospital's street address and seven hours later we still have not been able to track it down. I called Bloomex "customer service" to be told by a recording after much "press 1, press 2" that if I had any issues with a Mother's Day order to call them on May 11, the day after Mother's Day. Neither have they responded to my e-mail. That they sent my Mother's Day basket on a random Friday rather than on Mother's Day per my specific instructions I could easily overlook. But that they carelessly dumped it somewhere in a big hospital with no means of tracking it down and no way for it to get to the right place from there, and then completely fail to offer any kind of customer service to fix the problem is a total lack of professionalism. What really angers me is this was supposed to cheer up my mother and sister-in-law who are going through a really rough time staying at the hospital around the clock with my very sick nephew, and instead they're running around the hospital trying to find this mislaid basket. I will never do business with Bloomex again and very strongly advise against anyone else doing so.

Their customer service email address is wecare AT bloomex.ca That is not the case - THEY DO NOT CARE - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY - THEY PROVIDE A TOTALLY SUBSTANDARD SERVICE - I ORDERED A BOUQUET OF PINK AND LAVENDER ROSES FOR A CLIENT TO REPRESENT A BREAST CANCER CAUSE - I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE ORDER HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL - THEN AFTER THE FLOWERS HAD BEEN DELIVERED AN EMAIL ARRIVED SAYING THEY HAD CHANGED THE ORDER - THEY SENT A BUNCH (AND I MEAN A BUNCH) OF RED ROSES (SO INAPPROPRIATE) TO MY CLIENT AND HAVE IGNORED COMPLETELY, THE 5 EMAILS I HAVE SENT TO THE MANAGEMENT AND ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS. This company is unethical, and practices false advertising/deceiving marketing tactics. There is NO customer service here...simple very arrogant personnel ensuring the bottom line of the owner..who gainfully exploiting people with very poor quality goods and services. I order flowers, was misquoted with respect to product, delivery and on top of it they failed to delivery the flowers in a vase. When I finally got through to someone (weeks later), I was treated rudely, the person was condescending and thought she was doing me a favour..they then delivery a “plastic” vase three weeks later. If you care about quality, respect, service, integrity and what you are paying for...strong do not recommend purchasing from this company.

LATE! I gave specific instructions when paying, to phone first, as my mother lives in an apartment. The delivery people who presumably are sub-contracted to deliver, never received her phone number or this instruction. I left numerous phone messages (customer service with no one answering!) to cancel the order when it hadn't arrived. CRAP customer service (non-existant). LISTEN TO THE OTHERS! BEWARE! I am contacting Visa to open a claim, and contact the BBB.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s day,, well it February 24th and she has still not received them. Contacted BloomEx via their online chat centre and still no resolve, they say that they tried to deliver and there was no one home.
Well I advised my wife to stay home during their 12-5 delivery window there went the surprise) and there has been no delivery. I have asked for my money back and have been informed that if I cancel I will be charged for the flowers. So needless to say their effort to deliver is total junk and BloomEx efforts to resolve this is no better. I advise anyone considering using BloomEx to re-think this as an option. I have never been so frustrated with a company before and I will continue to tell everyone I know or meet about the terrible service I received from BloomEx.!!!

Do not use this company for ordering flowers. They are a scam. You order,pay and nothing shows up. When you want to get a hold of someone, it is impossible to reach anyone. From what I read of the other reviews, if you are lucky enough to get your flowers days late-they are all wilted anyway. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I found bloomex online because I wanted to send flowers to my mom who was in another province. Bloomex had a nice sight, and I was able to find everything great, their flowers and prices looked amazing, so I placed an order for delivery in Edmonton. Everything ran smooth, my mom called me to thank me about the flowers, and mentioned that a couple of the flowers looked alittle frozen. I sent an email to bloomex.ca to tell them I wasn't pleased that they weren't all in excellent shape. I got an email from Micheline, who apologized and offered to resend the flowers again for the next day! I was so stunned that a company would go through such lengths to keep a first time customer happy. The new flowers arrived in excellent shape, so I will use them again for sure!

These guys are crooks. I ordered flowers they sent cheap inferior quality dollar store cookies. Bloomex refused to consider refunding the money or resending or replacing the order.. I wish I'd done more research. They are rated unsatisfactory by the Better Business Bureau and there are many unsatisfied customers demanding refunds. The agent who took my call was very sincere and sympathetic, she allowed me to take my time while placing my order. The flowers arrived in excellent condition, and we were very pleased with our overall experience with Bloomex. We will use them again soon.

I received flowers from Bloomex Ottawa flowers, it was a beautifully arranged bouquet, with a fancy pink bow wrapped around the bouquet. The flowers came from my kids in Banff, AB, when I called them to thank them for the flowers the kids were surprised that I had received them so soon, as they had just ordered them that morning.

Their website is easy and fast, I placed my order within minutes, they delivered the gift basket on time to our business. The basket had alot of great stuff inside, the picture on their site really did not do it justice, as the basket we got was much fuller. We signed up for their corporate account, and now we receive discounts on all our orders.

I ordered flowers online for my girlfriend, a surprise for her promotion. I got an email from bloomex saying that they were completely booked for deliveries that day, and that my flowers would be delivered next day. It wasn't a big deal, but I was expecting them to come that day. I called bloomex and told them how upset I was about this, and how they should have called, and not just sent an email- then I could have cancelled the order. The service agent was very pleasant on the phone, apologizing for this mistake. She said she would add a special something on to my order for their apologies. My girlfriend received 12 beautiful roses, with a big box of chocolates. Good job at making your customers happy. I wa upset that my flowers were not delivered on time, but I am happier witht he fact that they made it up to my girlfriend with the chocolates. Based on this service, I would order from them again.

I received a beautiful bouquet from my parents through bloomex. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Mixed roses, lilies, and blue iris, my whole apartment smelled amazing for a week. When I called to thank my parents, they were surprised it was delivered right away. I would definately use Bloomex myself, in fact they have gift baskets, which I plan to send to friends for Christmas!

As a customer from the UK I found the ordering and transaction really easy. I was kept up to date with the orders progress and was informed when the flowers had been delivered. I particularly liked the fact that I could talk to someone online when I had a query. I have ordered a few times now and I will continue to order flowers etc through Bloomex as I have had nothing but excellent service and anyone who receives what I am sending through Bloomex has been very impressed with the quality.

I had a good experience with thi company also, ordered flowers online for a partner in my firm. After I placed the order, I got an email with the details of my order. I noticed that I forgot to add a vase, so I called them and they added the vase and the flowers were delivered on time the next day like I asked. I seen the flowers myself at work, and I was really surprised that the bouquet was that big considering I didn't pay that much (around $40).

I found out about bloomex.ca through google and checked your website - I ordered over the phone - the people were very helpful and nice. I liked the confirmation email - it allowed me to notice and phone back and change a small spelling error. My basket was delivered as promised. From the sound of the thank you I received, it was very nice.

My great uncle passed away, we contact Bloomex for the funeral arrangements. The girl on the phone was really helpful, she took the time to go through the arrangements, we wanted yellow roses instead of red for the Unequivoval love spray. She custom made the spray we wanted with our specs. It was delivered 2 hours before the service (we ordered it at noon, it arrived at 2pm). It was the most amazing spray I have seen, it was ot too bold to be offensive, but yet large enough, larger than we expected. The spray was put together beautifully. In such an emotional time, it was great to see that a company took the care and time to help up make the day go by easier.
The prices were very reasonable, and we would tell anyone looking for flower delivery in Canada: go to BLOOMEX, you won't regret it.

Bloomex Flowers- Online Florist
I wanted to share my experiences with Bloomex. It arrived as they outlined, getting there before my girlfriend left work last Thursday.
If you did not get it delivered that day, the flowers would have waited until yesterday before she saw them. Needless to say, these flowers would not have been too fresh - she also had the pleasure to think abut them during her business trip, which scored huge points for me!
So, Bloomex's help and customer centric care is GREATLY appreciated. I will continue to do business with this organization, appreciate all that they've done! Although I have forwarded this note to Bloomex management team, I would like others to know that I'm a VERY satisfied customer thanks to the service of Bloomex!
If anyone needs to order flowers, I strongly recommend Bloomex Canada flower delivery

My Fiancé sent me flowers at work for our first anniversary, when I opened the box they were all wilted, brown and had a rotten smell that my co-workers complained about!!! This horrible smell lingered in the office for a few days. We sent them an e-mail, because they do not accept complaints over the phone and they wanted to charge him $10.00 for a pick up fee! DO NOT order from this company, this was a huge damper on our special day and they didn’t try at all to rectify their mistake. VERY poor quality product and service.
