Vast range of cards but poor customer sevice
I have always been impressed by the huge range of ecards offered by blue mountain, they claim to have 30,000 but I have not counted them. Their website is very well designed and easy to use, but I am slightly surprised to find advertising on a website that you also have to pay a relatively high fee to join. There are obviously problems when it comes to cancelling the account or contacting customer services which are mentioned in the other reviews. I am also a member of another ecards website called www.katiescards.com, who have a much smaller selection of cards to send, but all of good high quality, and their customer services could not do enough when I have a problem, they sorted it out within a couple of hours.

Trial period? Designed to charge you
I signed up for the 30-day trial and was thoroughly disappointed with the site itself. There was no reminder sent whatsoever for the end of that 30 days, I was "reminded" when my bank informed me of the charge. No, it's not illegal, and yes, it was my responsibility to keep track of the expiration period; but it seems to me a very deceitful way of doing business, and one designed to surprise people to their profit, in an online community where reminders of trial expirations are the accepted norm. If you sign up for bluemountain.com's 30-day trial, mark your calendar in red and prepare to be disappointed.

Beware - no way to cancel
I signed up for a free trial from Australia and despite numerous email requests to cancel the account (and confirmation receipts that my email had been received) they continued to charge my card for a number of months. I finally had to close my account due to the incessant and fraudulent charges from this company.

Not only did I never receive any form of reply, their contact details are also difficult to find without spending some time working through their pre-formed answers.

I would never again be dealing with or trust such a blatantly fraudulent company. They certainly give credibility to the uneasiness people feel handing out the credit card details online.
