Our recent experience at the above location was nasty. We stopped to pick up a family pack. She took the box back away from the service counter and proceeded to include stale cole slaw (yellow with age), the tiniest pieces of chicken she could find, and in doing so, she stopped mopping the floor and handled our food without washing her hands nor putting plactic serving gloves on her nasty hands. Now, the chicken up front looked just fine - but that was just to look at - not for pleasing the customer. For $16 or $17 we got two dried up breasts and little else that was edible - oh yes, 4 biscuits which we did not even want. Another thing, the employees at this location are always angry, fussing back and forth with each other. I hope you get to take your fussing, nasty asses home - because we will not be back and we are telling all our friends about our experience. Thanks for nothing.

I DON'T KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE AT THE VICTORY BLVD. BOJANGLES IN PORTSMOUTH, VA. EVERY TIME I GO THERE TO BUY FOOD THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG. WHEN I TELL THEM THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER, THEY TELL ME THAT WHAT THEY GAVE ME IS WHAT I ORDERED. THEY ACT LIKE I DON,T KNOW WHAT I ORDERED! TODAY, I SENT MY DAUGHTER THERE TO GET 4 HAM BISCUITS AND 2 SAUSAGE & EGG BISCUITS. SHE CAME HOME WITH 4 HAM & 1 SAUSAGE. WHEN I TOOK THE ORDER BACK THEY ACTED LIKE THEY THOUGHT I WAS LYING. I DON'T NEED A BISCUIT THAT BAD, SO THAT WILL BE MY LAST WRONG ORDER FROM THERE.

I went in to Bojangles in Jefferson the other day to get some hot wings nad you no longer sale them or the barbque sand. I was very up set because that is the only place that you can get them up here w/out them tasteing like pizza or like crap. So if you would please bring them back i would really like it. I went to the store in Eden,NC on 8/01/2008 around 6:10 pm. I ordered a 4 piece supremes dinner and a salad. I waited for 32 minutes on my food, when finally I decided to get a refund. The manager did not try to smooth the stuation over and the workers acted as if they did not have a clue to what was going on. There was no one in front of me in the line or in the drive-thru when I had placed my order. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but this time I ended up being late to work because of it. After about 4:00 p.m. or so, the customer service gets out of hand, frequently.
