I've been trying to order some customized pen for work, but it's almost impossible to reach anyone. They finally reached me after week 2 telling how crazy things are at the company. It's been over a month and they still have not processed the order or updated the status despite many voice mail and email. I'm on verge of complaining to BBB.
DO NOT ORDER from here unless you're expecting extra slow service.
