I am a former employee and a regular customer of Boston Market. For some reason the owner/manager is serving brown lettuce, stale bread, messing up the orders, and just keeps the trash cans full and restaraunt dirty. YUCK. I am disappointed that I spent my money and threw my food in garbage. I think this location is poorly controlled.

We are writing to congratulate this store for hiring such an efficient and pleasant assistant manager, Barbara. She was so informative and helpful that we thougt we were in a 5* restaurant. In today's world, it is rare to find such competent help. She is defintely an asset to your company and should be considered for a promtion.
