You may say the applicant, candidate, or employee is not important in this three ring circus of recruiting, but they are the ones with the talent. Without them there is no need for third party recruiting software or companies. Companies are missing out on thousands of good candidate for hire because those candidates for several reasons. Candidates don't have the required operating systems on their computers, third parties are unnecessary extra steps the sophisticated candidate won't tolerate, good candidates are misrepresented by psych tests which can't measure expertise, and let's not go into Identity Theft consequences.
