I wanted you to know that I've been using your seasoning products for several years. I ran out of BBQ magic and had to contact your organization in Louisana to get some because my local store does not carry it. They do carry your other products but they don't carry the BBQ magic. While talking to one of your employees I told her about my first time to enter an annual Fourth of July BBQ pork rib cookoff held here in Morgan Hill, California. I was the newcomer in a field of 8 entries. These people have been in competition for years. They are a group of San Jose, CA policeman, their families and friends. So this rookie took 3rd place. I was delighted. I use your BBQ magic as a rub and some other techniques to do my ribs. Maybe I'll move up in the rankings next 4th as I improve the process.
