Dear Circuit City,
I wish I could give your company a positive review, but it has been 2 years and I am still unsatisfied with my product. I purchased I samsung digital camera at your store and only used it 3 to 4 times , at the time of my purchase I could not afford the warranty payment, also because I believe and I still want to believe your company stands by their customers. My digital camera no longer works and when it took it in just to see what was wrong no one could say because I did not have a warranty on it. I believe as a customer that we have the same opportunity to have our questions answered to the best of anyone knowledge. I spent $270.00 on the camera, and praying that it would do a great job on anything I videoed. I am saddened that it does not work any more and I have been unsatisfeid with my results. I am no longer can afford a new one, so now I am stuck with a digital camera that was used only for a short time, and as an adult with careful responsibility in her things, (money does not come easy for me and my family) . I will have to see what my future holds for me the next time I purchase anything irregardless I have a warranty or not, it is the principal of the matter. I believed in your company to help, and now I will wait and see someday if I am able to afford to go to your store for anything in the future.
