Hi there, I've booked with clever-hotels.com a family friendly hotel in Barcelona. The booking went smooth and what I liked the most was that I could chose the family room type (2 adults and 2 kids) in the very first step - in that way you get only the relevant information. Unfortunately short before arrival one of my children got sick and we had to postpone the trip. The problem was that the hotel was already overbooked. I called the customer service at clever-hotels and they found a different hotel for my whole family at the same price! I will definitely use the website again and can recommend it to anyone who wants to book a hotel online.

I wanted to book an hotel in Mallorca, Spain. So I search in internet and found this site with a lot of good offers. I booked. When I arrived to the hotel in reception told me that they don't have a room with ocean view(as I wanted). As Samuelson38, I called to Navelar's call center, and they got me what I wanted without extra cost. Very Good Service!

I booked a hotel in Spain through clever-hotels.com - I didn´t like the hotel as the room was very noisy and there was no other room available. At the reception they told me nobody can help me in this matter. Ok, I tried my luck and called the service center of clever-hotels.com - they were very friendly and got me another and better hotel for the same price and cancelled my old booking for free!! I couldn´t believe that - this is why I wanted to post my experience. Great Service Navelar! Go on!
