Phone servcice sucks.
Yes I'm using comcast phone and internet service.I live in US for 20 years now and I have used many different phone services.Regarding quality,
COMCAST is the WORST service what I ever had.

customer service is not this company's objective
There can be nothing worse than allowing a company functioning on this level of customer service to continue being in business. Not only did I give the company a second chance to be my internet provider, but now they will not cancel my account of over 5 years because of charges ($39.47) for a service that was never utilized and that I have been trying to rectify since March 2007.

Billing issues
My services were off on the week of may 7th: I recieved a last pay date of May 14. I called on May 14th and was told that my services were off already. I recieved a bill today charging me for almost three weeks of service that they said I had and I know that I did not. They said "it was not cut off on the pole until the 17th." I am paying for services on the pole , not services in my home!( almost $30 worth!)
. I urge everyone to start complaining and if they get enough maybe someone will listen!The only reason I even have basic services is because my TV plays terrible without it.($55 is a lot to pay just to have your TV to play clear!)

Want the TV Guide Back
I am on a fixed income and have a hard time paying my cable bill as it is and it seems to go up practically every month. Cable covers most of my entertainment. Why did you have to discontinue the TV Guide. Can
you put it back.

Fix It
I have been without service for 3 day's now and was told could not get any one to look at problem for another day.I have only had Comcast for 6 day's when problem occured. So much for SPORTS this past weekend.

my bill is to much
I have recive a bill in the mail April 17 for $254.96 for april when i usally only pay $115 each month its now april 24 i didnt pay my bill yet why is it so high i know the late fee is now that much whats going on let me know something cause im not paying that much thats not right.

Customer Service sucks with comcast
I was on hold for almost 1 hour before I got to talk witha real person and then they wanted me to make sure I check all my phones first and give them a call back. There was statick and there was no problems with my phone it is there service. I am fed up with there over pricing and taking advantage of people.

MY CABLE WENT SNOWY AND i've called 456-9000 the # listed in the phone book and get a busy tone for 15 mins. and this is the kind of service that I always get from comcast and then they wonder why Verizon is takeing their service.

why?
Is this change really necessary? Those of us on a fixed income, it is
the only luxury we allow ouselves, since we can't go out.
Can just the basic 72 stations be given with a senior discount.
Days get long and it is our one educational and entertainment for us.

no cable
I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH MY CABLE THE LAST 3 MONTHS. ICALL TO REPORT THAT THE CABLE IS OUT AND THEY SAY 5 PEOPLE NEED TO CALL TO BE AN OUTAGE---THERE ISNT 5 POPLE ON OUR ROAD THAT EVEN HAVE CABLE---THEY WENT TO DIRECT TV BECAUSE THEY SAID IT IS BETTER SERVICE..I HAVE HAD COMCAST FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS NOW. TODAY IS JULY 3,2007 AND THEY CANT GET ANYONE OUT TILL JULY10,2007, BUT THEY NEVER CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE TIMES IM OUT.
I TALKED TO A MEGAN MACOIN TONIGHT WHO WAS VERY RUDE---I ALSO TALKED TO OTHER STAFF THAT THOUHGT IT WAS FUNNY---THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER FOR CORPATE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN---I WOULD LIKE A PHONE CALL BACK ON THIS MATTER--769-1119---I DID TALK TO ON NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IS NAME WAS JESSIE OUT OF MISSOURI---THE ONLY NICE ONE OUT OF 6 AGENTS

buried cable
Before christmas we had cable trouble. I was so happy they came right out to fix it, except to bury the cable. I've called and still the cable is laying across two neighbors yards and mine plus one drive way. please bury the cable before the neighbors mow over it.march 24,2007

Where are you
So I am very dispointed with comcast, there was a tech in my house last monday march 19,because we have a new HDLCDTV, This tech was very brutal with us without saying any thing or explane us anything he remove our box without our permission and he also said to us because we have a Dish just for The Netherlands, that this was not allowed without any explanation. Maybe because he hear our language, we are coming from The Netherlands and we have Comcast now for 8 years but a tech like this man is unbelievble. He was so rude impertinent,that we are also thinking about Direct TV and no Comcast any more. This wa really not normal.I have my PC with Comcast My TV with comcast, But we are really thinking about somebody else. Excuse my English.

Where Are You
I am so dispointed with comcast, I ordered comcast about two weeks ago.The tech did'nt connect my dvd or my other 2tv's I've tried calling but no answer. So whats really going on,I'm thinking about going back to direct if I don't get an answer soon.
