I ordered a cage from Companions Choice in early January. On the website it clearly stated that the item was in stock. The item was meant to be delivered the following day. I waited one week after placing my order before contacting them. The company appeared to be very unprofessional in their phone manner and didn't seem to be familiar with any orders placed. I was told that the item wasn't actually in stock despite the website stating it was, and that it would have to be shipped from America which could take a number of days.
I waited another week in which they did not bother to contact me to update me on the shipping information, and said they still did not have the item, and it was out of their hands. (The website still said in stock). Not once have they apologised or offered me anything to make up for this delay. I have contacted them 5 times now regarding this cage, and all they have to say is that they have no idea where the item is, but that it should be in the country by now. It has been 1 month and 10 days today, I still have no idea where the cage is, and they still haven't contacted me.

All I have to say really is, before you order anything from Companions Choice, phone them to check if it is actually in stock, or you are completely wasting your time. They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. I really don't even trust that I will ever get this cage, but I am in desperate need of one that large so I have to hang in there and wait as they are the only company that seem to have Marshall products in the UK!!
