out of round on 12-15-08 i purchased a set of mastercraft at2,10 ply tires.at my first oil change i rotated and balanced my tires and started getting a vibration.after 3 more times having my tires rotated and balanced i had a load test done and found out 3 of my tires were out of round.after talking to cooper tire customer service i was told that for $270.00 more i could get new tires.these tires were less than a year old and less than 22000 miles on them.SHOULD A PERSON PAY MORE TO REPLACE FACTORY DEFECTED TIRES?
