Hi Ben, Two summers brought over 5000 hits and very good tenants except for one. A repeat tenant from the previous year who shared the cottage with other, less civilized visitors who destroyed a new Ikea table and stole rare hand painted kitchen stuff. So except for unidentified co-tenants, it's been fine.
