Would give it a 0 if I could! I couldn't get this program to work on 2 of my 3 computers. Customer service cannot be called only e-mailed back and forth. Took an entire day of this and my computer crashing multiple time (who knows what damage was done!). I was finally able to uninstall it and will hopefully be able to get a refund. I would not recommend this product at all!

RUN, do not walk away from this software!!! True, cybersitter does have excellent options, but what good are they when they crash your browser every 5-10 miniutes... If you are looking for more stress, or just don't feel that you have enough frustration in your life, then cybersitter is for you!
