On June 21, 2007 a Disabled Woman filed a lawsuit against Allstate, for 50 Million dollars in damages
I am sorry, but I have difficulty using the computer and finding the proper emails, sites. On June 21, 2007 I filed a personal injury lawsuit against Allstate Insurance Co. and alledged discrimination against my sex, color and disabilities. I am disabiled as a direct result of that accident on June 22, 2004, where GEICO's Stalkers hit me from behind and ran me into a guardrail. That was an attempt on my life and to prevent me from attending the trial in Aug. 2004. I had filed suit agianst GEICO pro-se in 2003. For three years I was harassed, terrorized and criminal acritivites continued against me that separated my family for two years. I won the PIP at trial, I won the entire case, but wouldn't let me win. In all three Courts, I was abusded by Judges' whom refused to accomodae my disabilities, humiliated and debased me because I am a Disabled Woman Of Color. I as laughed and yelled at while one Judge in the Orphan's Ct. yelled, " You have nor rights". I have lived without freedom to enjoy life and denied the right to vote.
For over two years, I contacted the FBI, Attorney Grievance Commission, Dept. Of Justice: Civil and Criminal Division, Commission of Judicial Disabilities,Chief of Police Dept., State's Attorney's Office, etc... No one cares. Local news stations refused to air my story beause GEICO is a big sponser. For years, I contacted multitudes of Attornies. Because of criminal activities, no one would become involved. If someone doesn't notify the Public that I filed this Lawsuit in the Federal Court, this harassment will continue. This will be the fourth, 4th Of July that I have lived without freedom. Having prior legal experience as a Certified Paralegal, I refuse to give up seeking Justice. I cannot find any as my pleadings were held, removed from three Clerk's Offices, while Judges refused to issue Orders For Protection. For that reason, GEICO was allowed to pay off everyone. The Foreman of the Jury lives on the street behind me and Stalked me for four months. AFter the Hit and Run in 2004, there were four staged accidents, I've lost two vehicles and my truck was vandlized numerous times. There's too much to write here. I had decided to write a book about my experience as I expected AllState to settle the Uninsured Motorists Claim. During the past four years, I had proceeded through the Courts, handicap, but finally the disabling pain from that accident took over. In Dec. 2006, I had to give up fighting in the Orphan's Ct. as I could no longer type nor perform legal research. The Estate Attorney was allowed to steal over 90 thousand from my mother's estate. It was backdated and closed out on Dec. 2. 2006. In all three Courts, I was overworked having repeatly filed pleadings, while Staff in Clerk's Offices created errors,causing confusion. In the Special Ct. of Appeals of Maryland, my brief and record extracts were removed from the Record. I am experiencing the same tactics from this Clerk's Office. This week I received the Summons, copy of Complaint and Order with different case numbers. ON June 22, I spoke to the filing Clerk, who gave me the case number, because I needed to Amend page 4. I filed a Memorandum to Amend under that case number, that is different than what I received. PLEASE GET MY STORY TO THE APPROPRIATE NEW STATIONS, I CAN NO LONGER TYPE ON THIS COMPUTER. I WILL SUFFER FOR DAYS FOR HAVING DONE SO. IF THE PUBLIC IS NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS, THE HARASSMENT WILL CONTINUE.
