Has a lot of listings but has it's issues too
Dice.com has quite a few job listing but has some shortcomings as well.
Try to search a job using the advanced option for jobs posted in the last 7 days, it'll show the same jobs that were posted several weeks ago. To try to view jobs posted in the last 1 day (one would presume new postings) it will list jobs posted in the last few weeks. most job sites can sort by date correctly dice cannot.
Most of the employers on dice.com are recruiters not direct hires.
As a result you'll have to make time and drive over to the recruiter's office have an hour meeting (to make the recruiters minimum number of weekly interviews) only to hear that job was filled internally.
That is not to say all job postings are like this just beware.
Another observation, some of the companies that contact you are out of country mostly from India. They seem to shop resumes for positions, not really qualify you but send you in as their candidate for hourly positions. Most of the time there will be several phone calls with people from outside the country. Be careful not giving too much of your personal information to these people.
Overall dice.com has potential but it is not as accurate as some other sites as it comes to the search filters.
Think of it as one giant table of data you have to muddle through to find new jobs.
