I am not happy at all with the bad work that I received in exchange for my money. I agree with the negative postings shown here, and I think "Icarus" definitely works for diplomamakers.com What I received was useless even to look at.

Well, the only good thing I can say is that I did actually receive something, they don't just take your money and run. But they might as well have. The products I received and paid 700.00 for are completely useless. The degree looks and feels fake, and the seal is a completely fake looking plain black seal that is not the school's seal and they put the same seal on every school. The transcripts don't even come in a sealed school envelope, which makes them useless. One of my transcripts even has the same course listed twice.
AVOID, I could print this garbage at home for a few dollars.

well "Icarus" u sound like an employee from there posting a fake testimonial because the diploma and transcript "package" i got from diplomamakers.com was in my opinion total garbage abd that's exactly where it ended up...the garbage can! I've purchased several diplomas from Diploma Makers. Overall, I'm very pleased with their work. The quality is great and they produce a product that looks very much like the real thing.

That said, after you place your order on line you better make sure you spell out exactly what you want. If you need to contact them by phone for any reason you'd better do it in the morning. Any phone calls (in my experience) make after about 11:00am pacific time will be a waste of your time. I've left numerous messages and none of my calls have been returned. None! As far as emails, their not much better. They have responded to several of my emails, but have ignored most of them. Customer service is extremely lacking.

In conclusion, I must admit that with all the customer service issues I've experienced with Diploma Makers, in the end they've always come through with flying colors and I recommend them. Their work is of the highest quality in spite of their customer service problems. If it weren't for that one issue, I would have definitely given them 5 stars.

Diploma Makers is a good company, but don't expect anyone to call you if you have any changes to make or have any problems, because they wont.
