frustrating experience with directsunglasses.co.uk Ordered in Nov. 2010 (2 sunglasses), one pair received quickly, the other one was never delivered. Been calling over and over, however after 4 months, got nothing but empty promises. Have neither received the sunglasses, nor the promised refund.
