por que me cobraron el dia de instalar el sistema
cuando ordenamos el servicio parecia ideal una persona de servicio al cliente llamada MELISSA me atendio y dijo que tenian una oferta por 39,99 con mas de 180 canales de television que era lo maximo lo primero mi esposo el dia de la instalacion tuvo que subirse al atico porque habia que bajar un cablecito para el cuarto de mi hijo y eso si lo hacia el tecnico costaba 100,00 dolares mas aparte de 69,99 que me cobraron ese dia que todavia nadie sabe porque ya que supuestamente la instalacion es gratis seun un representante en ingles que contactamos ayer 17 de septiembre y nunca nos supo dar el nombre de los instaladores uno de ellos comento que eran nuevos en la compania hoy 18 de septiembre del 2009 hace un mes y siete dias que tenemos el sistema y hasta esta fecha hemos pagado 120,00 ayer y 69,99 dolares delpago de la instalacion suman un total de 190,00 y el paquete se llama maximo plus que para mi es el basico PORQUE MIREN POR LO QUE PAGAMOS 60 , 00DOLARES AL MES SON 80 CANALES de MUSICA RADIO QUE NUNCA PENSE ESTAR PAGANDO POR LA RADIO EN TV SI SE SUPONE QUE ES DIRECTV sera que mi orden estara equivocada ? les juro que esa no fue la promocion de la que hablo melissa por favor que podemos hacer LO BUENO DE TODO ESTO ES QUE EN EL MEDIO DE LA INSTALACION MI ESPOSO SE RETIRO y otra persona firmo ese contrato asi que paralos efectos no estamos contratados con ellos PREGUNTEN BIEN PARA QUE NO COMETAN MI MISMO ERROR LES ESTAN COBRANDO EL PRIMER MES MUCHO DINERO Y DESPUES NADIE SABE GRACIAS

JOIN DIRECTV. 4-4-09 I AM ON A FIX BUGET. I PAID ALL THIS MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.I ORDERD DVR,THEY TOLD ME 99.00 DOLLARS DEPOSIT.ALSO ORDERED HD FOR TEN AMONTH.I TOLD THE WORKER,I DID NOT HAVE A HD TV IN MY ROOM YET I WAS GOING TO GET ONE IN A MONTH OR SO.BUT I HAD HD ON MY OTHER TV.AND IF LATER WHEN I GOT MY TV I CAN GET THE BOX FOR MY TV SO I CAN GET DVR AND HD IN ONE. YES IT WILL CAUSE 99.00 TO GET THE OTHER BOX WHEN I WAS READY. WELL TODAY I WAS READY I CALL AND WAS TOLD DIFFENT,THEN WHEN I FIRST PUT MY ORDER IN .I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PAY 199.00 DOLLARS DEPOSIT OF CAUSE FOR THE OTHER BOX, I SAID NO I WAS TOLD OTHERWISE. THEN I SAID WHAT ABOUT THE 99.00 I GAVE 4-4-09.FOR THE BOX, I ONLY HAD FOR A MONTH,WELL DANNY THE WORKER I WAS TALKING TO. SAID THAT WAS A ONE TIME PAYMENT. NO I WAS TOLD IT WAS A DEPOIT.THEN I SAID I JUST HAD THE BOX A MONTH AND I WANT TO UP GRADE,AND THE 99.00 DOLLAR WERE DID THEY GO ? WHY CANT I GIVE THE 99.OO NOW FOR THE OTHER BOX LIKE I WAS TOLD, I WAS ABLE TO. I AM NOT HAPPY, I FEEL I WAS LIED TO JUST FOR THE SALE, AT THE TIME TO JOIN. HAD I BEEN INFORM THAT 99.00 FOR MY DVR DEPOSIT WAS NOT GOING TO MY DVR/HD THAT I WAS GOING TO ORDER FOR MY NEW HD TV. I WOULD OF WAITED TILL I GOT MY NEW TV FRIST. I AM PAYING MORE THE WAY DIRECTV.IS TELLING ME NOW .199.00 PLUS THE 99.00 I ALLREADY PAYED. THATS 298.00 FOR DVR/HD. WHEN I WAS LEAD TO BELIVE THAT JUST 99.00 DOLLARS MORE WOULDGET ME MY DVR/HD BOX. I TALK TO DANNY AND ALL HE CAN SAY I AM SORRY. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE HE GAVE ME I SAID IS THER ANY ONE ELSE I CAN TALK TO, HE SAID EVERY HERE WILL TELL YOU THE SAME AS ME. THATS WHAT HE SIAD AND I FEEL IT IS SO UNFAIR TO BE LIE TO MISS INFORM. CAN SOME ONE HELP PLEASE!

WONDERFUL SERVICE
directv, will debt your checking account without your approval, when you sign up with them, they send you what they want you to have, not what you ask for, when i first signed up with them i did not have a choice,i just asked for basic service, i wound up with a dvr,movie channels and a monthly magazine and was charged for them, i was on a fixed income because i was taking chemo for cancer, then when i called them they told me i would have to wait a year before i could change anything,and they have some of the worst customer service people i have ever talked too
