it sucks! I raised a dispute three months ago, and it is still not solved. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, and mean. What they always say is you have to contact the merchant, there is nothing we can do. The merchant said it was voided and they sent discovercard the record, but the money was still charged to my credit card. It's is teh worst credit card I have ever used.
