I woudnt book with them again I would not book with them again. They are based in the UK and even though we had to have the handyman come everyday to fix something in teh 4 bedroom villa on the Emerald Island Resort ,Chris fromteh company basically told me to suck it up and offered nothing in the way of an apology or compensation. Have visited Disney 8 times and this is the only bad experience
