 Divineo awful !!
Original order placed on 3/17/08 for a R4DS (listed as pre-order on Divineo website). No order status information until I emailed Divineo on 5/5/08. Divineo Support replied supplier informed them that they will no longer be able to supply Divineo. Why didn’t Divineo email me about this sooner ? Even today, Divineo website shows the product as OUT OF STOCK. Divineo recommended substitute: iTouchDS, SanDisk MicroSD 1GB Card. I wanted product and Divineo ALREADY charged my credit card back on 3/20/08. I accepted Divineo recommendation. Got a new order number on 5/6/08. Asked if they would send it via FedEx Overnight, which I had already paid for. Divineo Support replied that the shipping method would stay the same. It DID NOT !! Email reply from Divineo showed Canada Post was used to send items. Emailed Divineo Support asking for explanation of change in shipping method. I wanted phone number and supervisor to speak to. NO EXPLANATION was provided ! NO phone number was provided ! Instead of FedEx Overnight as purchased and promised, item sent via Canada Post on 5/12/2008. Received via US mail on 5/16/2008 I got the product, but this experience was absolutely miserable. They kept me hanging and waiting for the product. NO status emails. NO satisfaction concerning shipping method.
