Swivel Seats
I have utmost praise for Dream Products integrity. I ordered some 360 degree swivel seats for my car. Unfortunately, they turned out to be unsatisfactory for the purpose. Dream Products sent me a full refund

dryer vent vacuum hose
save yourself the money and use your shop vac! poor construction (the flex hose does not fit tight and collapses), poor design (the vac attachment will not fit most hoses) and immediately clogs. after 10 minutes of attempting to use this, I gave up and did it the old fashioned way, trimmed the dryer vent hose and cleaned it with my shop vac.

Therapeutic Memory Scuffs
Within five minutes the left side of the left scuff had turned over and made it impossible for me to walk in it. I am 80 years old and the scuffs would be dangerous for me. Better redesign the product.

Blue Men's Health Slippers
Fell apart within 2 months after purchase. Sole separated, cracked and broke apart. Very poor quality. Sorry I responded to Sunday newspaper ad insert. Would have done better at Wal-Mart. Save your $16.97 for a better slipper.

poor product reliablity
I recently purchased Mens Slippers #187 L. Within one week of wearing, the right side of the right slipper separated from the sole of the inside lining. As I purchased these from an ad in newspaper I had no way to reach you and was not able to find an address. I sewed the rubber back on and continued to wear them. Now the other side has separated and continued used could possibly be a danger as I am 75 years old and cannot risk a fall. Unfortunately, I cannot find the invoice. $1.50 Optional fee
Although "free standard shipping & handling" was offered, when placing my order, I was disappointed to read, "...we have included an optional processing fee of $1.50 with your order. If you wish not to participate in this contribution please un-check this box." Although I DID un-check the box, the extra $1.50 appeared in my total during final processing. I had to go through the process AGAIN, before the "optional" $1.50 was removed. To be on the safe side, I also included a notation in the "Special Instructions/Comments:" section. As a new customer, it puts me off to be offered something free, & then find an amount AUTOMATICALLY included, & to NOT include it, YOU must take action. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Document your online orders by printing them out, & even if you "un-check" the box, CHECK YOUR FINAL TOTALS. I wonder what the Attorney General for CA would say about this?
