My son recieved a movie for Christmas that was made in and coded for a different region than the United States. It is only made there. So, little did we know at the time, we were unable to play it for the poor little guy! Dvdexploder gave me excellent service even responding to questions over the holidays. The second code aternative given fixed ny DVD palyer immediately. I highly recommend this company.

It couldn't be that simple .. solving the problem of having various region dvds play on your machine .. but it was. Not without initial misgivings I signed up with dvdexploder, $16 au - perhaps the best few dollars spent in a long time: Found the LG in the extensive data base, went straight to my player, did the few things instructed to do ... and in about 20 seconds a box came up congratulating me on having a region free dvd player.
I spent the night watching other region dvds . . . . . Very good.

Very pleased with the service. Easy download and data base had my DVD (Phillips 5990) procedure. Unlocked at the first try. Tray closed at end of process and other region DVD in tray started to play. Could not have been easier. Can’t ask for anything more. Impressed with the large data base available.
Site is very fair. Provides access to gain unlock information on all the users products- DVD’s and hard drives.
Had occasion to send message to DVD Exploder and got a very quick and positive reply. Full marks to Paul and his team.

The Dvdexploder database did not show details of how to make my LG DVD/VCR combo player capable of playing discs from all regions.
Paul and the team had on 2 previous occasions provided me with the appropriate details, which enabled me to modify other players so as they would play discs from all regions.
With such excellent service in the past, and confident I would be helped,I again contacted Paul and the team. Within days I was provided with the required details.
I have no hesitation in recommending the DVDEXPLODER website.

A highly recommended site.They took me step by step through the procedure, and I now have a zone free dvd player. Have saved me dollars as I was considering buying a zone free player. Their service and friendliness is second to none.I cannot praise them enough.

I joined the site to get an unlock code for an uncommon player. Replies to my email queries were answered very fast and courteously. Whilst I did not get my code in the time I expected, I did get some valuable programs and information from the site, including a program to make a DVD region free. Unexpectedly I was offered a refund (without any prompting) because they said they wanted happy customers. Overall it all turned out fine.

I've never had a problem with DVDExploder. They are the most professional anti-region-lock group on the Internet. Over 2500 codes in one database - and a friendly lot to boot. Ask them a question and they'll have the answer. The only reason I'm not giving the website five stars is that I believe no service is perfect. DVDExploder is totally amazing. They unlocked my Samsung BD-P1600 in a matter of moments. Registration is easy and their customer services are second to none. I've wasted good money on other 'less reputable' sites - but won't have to again. I've got other players they can easily unlock too, so all in all, five out of five.

And ask yourself, where do those badly laid out 'codes' that pop up on dodgy forums come from?? They've been ripped from here! Any doubts? Drop them an email. Easy.

It looks like DVDExploder have changed their e-mail addresses, but you can contact them just as easily as before. I contacted them 'today' and had a response pretty quickly. What's the problem here? I used the address at the bottom of their index page.

I just ordered my subscription from DVDEXPLODER. Wanted to unlock my Lexicon RT-10 and asked first if they had the codes. They said yes so I went on, all they gave me was a copy of the manual with a procedure I already knew would not work. I wrote them about it and they said I should check back at their website, since maybe they could come up with a new code. I tried to contact them again but mails keep bouncing back. It seems I have been cheated. You have been warned

Checked in with DVDEXPLODER and had no problems. Unlocked my Sony player with ease and appreciated the customer services feedback. E-mail them if you have any questions and they'll get right back to you. Very professional. Umm. That's it. A sound site.

When you become a member of this database, you don't just get 'codes'. They offer loads of other DVD related technical services and are extremely friendly to boot. If you've got a problem, and no-one else can solve it, maybe you can try... DVDExploder.

I Agree with Martin, their should be more pressure sites like this one to counter DVD code restrictions. Brilliant!

I've checked around and wasted good money on sites that offer no customer services or make false claims. However, I was amazed at the positive feedback received from the team at DVDEXPLODER. Not only did they unlock my Pioneer 696A, but were courteous and helpful throughout the process. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants their equipment unlocked. It seems that they really 'want' rid of DVD restrictions and are going the right way about it. Keep up the good work. Ten out of Ten - Thanks guys!
