Easily is ExtraI'm personnaly using Easily.co.uk for more than a year, indeed they had an issue with their mail servers, but which has been handled well, and was fixed in 2 minutes if you follow the advice from their excelent support.
Apparently they are about to update soon their control panel to allow the users to change the CNAME themselves.
Regarding the Metatags, I don't have any problem using them, everything is running smoothly and I've noticed that new articles in their knowledge based have been created, enhancing my customer experience.
I also use their Website Creator for my personal website, and was quite amazed by how quick and easy it is to get a nice looking website online, you include your own metatags, as well as Google Analytics. For me they are evolving with the time, and in a good way.
I plan to stay with them as they are a UK based company with an accesible support.
