I paid 6 grand for a computer package from EASYHOME that's been in for repairs 2 or 3 times in 3 years. The computer's electrical is now shot. The manager took it home to try and repair it ( I have no idea what his credentials are as far as computers go!!) At present the company has now had my computer for about 5 or 6 months. The story they are trying to feed me this time is that they are trying to replace it with another one just like it( which is no longer made). (If it's gonna be in the shop all the time, just get me one that is dependable.) They keep giving me the run around - just give me my damn computer, already.Isn't it enough that you gouge people with your exorbinant prices? Why is it that if you're 1 day late with a payment they hound you, yet, they can keep your goods for an infinite period of time while in for repairs. Oh, yes, and they had the nerve to try and charge me for most of the time they had it.
