After booking a trip for a mates Stag, we find out we have extra costs incurred, weeks after payment is made, now we have to pay a 50 pound fee for the hotel as a deposit. BEWARE!
After phoning up, I am put on to the apparent owner of the company who has the worst customer service skills I have ever heard, He didn't even bother to listen to my concerns and just spoke over me at every opportunity then after he got Angry he put the phone down on me, all we was asking was, if they can phone up the hotel to try and arrange another form of deposit for us, as we have already spent 72 pound per person (18 people). We still had to pay for our own meals and paint balls and now a hotel fee + our own travel arrangements, made me wonder what exactly our 70 + pound actually paid for. My advice DO NOT USE THIS SITE , if you do EXPECT EXTRA FEES. and don't bother ringing up as you will get nowhere, in my honest opinion.

Escape organised my stag weekend in Nottingham. They got back to me with a quote within a couple of hours and by the end of the next day it was all booked. They were really effecient and made it all hassle free. The weekend was absolutely awesome. We got a 4 star hotel in the centre with a health club and we went kating and paintballing. All the guys had a great time and it was topped of with some gorgeous girls at the lap dancing club and a really cool nightclub. A few of my friends are getting married next year and we will defintiely be contacting escape again to organise the stag do.
