The ability to touch and tap and swipe and pinch on Windows 8 computer’s is what makes to the new operating system come to life. You can still be use on Windows 8 without a touch screen but that is kind of like tossing on aside the remote and getting up more repeatedly pushing button’s to change the channel on your TV its an old fashioned drag.
Yet remarkably to few people are actually buying touch screen computers. Just 5% peoples of Windows 8 laptop’s are sold through December 2012.It had touch screens according to NPD Group.
One challenge is that there just are not many touch enabled laptop’s out there. Only on 30 of the more than 700 laptop’s and that Best Buy sells on it is website have touch screen’s and just two touch screen laptops are ranked among the retailers top 10 seller’s.

That is not hugely expensive for laptop but it does give many people pause when they are deciding whether touch is a feature that is worth shelling out more one hundred buck’s for.

Something is wrong at excite. I have had an excite email account (alanvanek@excite.com" for many years now and suddenly I am unable to access my email. Your system refuses to acknowledge my account name, however if I attempt to set-up a new account using "alanvanek" it claims this i.d. is already taken.

Ecite's automatic reply system is pathecially unhelpful. I do not know what to do, or where to go from this point except to contact your corporate offices in a final attempt to rectify this situation. The only altrnative I see is possibly posting on the internet in chat rooms, blogs, etc. in hope that others may have experienced this as well and I might possibly get help that way. And if nothing else, at least others will know of the total aggrevation and frustration I have experienced.
