I accidently signed up under two different emails. After calling because of doubled billing… I had this rude "service" person tell me they never give refunds. She said my mistake as I agreed to in the service contact…One of those fine print deals. Expert-exchange never seemed to have the right answers anyway. You can do better in the forums. And they are free without belligerent bit*hes.
