Boiler service parts delivered hassle-free within hours
Stuck without hot water straight after NewYear, ordered a service kit for my Baxi boiler late on 3rd Jan. Package arrived the following morning. Can't speak for how they respond if anything goes wrong, because nothing did, but contact details are clearly available on their site. Hot water restored - quite a relief!
