No communication

Shipment from Beverly Hills,Cal,to Florence Italy en route since about 19 feb,not yet delivered,four suitcases ,personal and so declared.No assistance by Fedex Italy,no notification by fedex since 22 february,despite calls on 800 number.Send passport number,contents list numerous times.Yet,until today,20 march,no delivery,no official notification.
