I have nearly white berber carpet. Fiberclean came to clean my carpet just before Thanksgiving and left saturation stains behind that weren't there before they came. It's now a month later and they are scheduled to come back for a third time to clean the stains that they created. They are huge at least 24-18 inches in diameter. Fiberclean's rates are slightly higher than many other commonly known and used carpet cleaning companies. I've always that you get what you pay for. I definitely don't see that value in using them. I will never use them again.
