Great Experience
I am delighted to say my experience with the service was perfect. Not only the order was accepted for AM delivery (which is outside of normal service level), it was also delivered accurately - on time. The flowers were perfect and I received an email indicating the delivery had arrived that included a signature of receipt. Anyway, excellent service - S.T.

Great service
The first time I used these guys, I got them to deliver some flowers to my girlfriend in 3 different locations throughout the day- one to wake her up, one at the bar we ate in for lunch and one that would wait for her at work when she got back from lunch. They delivered on time on every occasion and all the gifts were beautiful. And I could track the status of the order on my iPhone. I've used them on every occasion since- I had used Interflora and a couple other London based companies before but my girlfriend complained about consistency in quality. I've got to say I'm far more than pleased with their service.

A botched delivery
I also ordered flowers to be delivered same day and they claim to have delivered it late (7pm) because they couldn't find the place (a very conveniently located office building of a major investment bank in central London). Instead of an apology and a refund, I got a rude receptionist. I highly suggest that noone use them.

Very poor delivery attempt
I arranged for flowers to be delivered same day to a friend. When they showed up at 8pm she was out (at dinner, it was her birthday, they knew that as I had told them). Rather than leave the flowers somewhere by the side of the house they did not deliver them... then emailed me MANY hours later to ask me what I wanted them to do.
They should have:
- left them by the side of the house
- or called me right away (they had my number), not emailed me much later!
I don't trust their delivery service.
