I'm so upset. Never will be ordering from this website again or going to the store.
I ordered 4 items 8 days ago. I called THREE times to check on the status of my order since it keeps showing as "NEW" and I was supposed to receive it within 5 to 10 days.
I called 2 hours ago, very concerned about my order and I was told everything was ready and would be shipped tonight. Just now I get an email saying that 2 of the items I ordered are sold out. How is it possible that I was not informed of this any of the other three times I called? Or any of the other three times I emailed, which by the way never got a response. So I just called, once again, and Ken said all he could do for me was apologize. Thank you so much XXI customer service, your apologies are not good enough. I just spend thousands of dollars on a plane ticket to go see my family overseas and the items that took you 8 days to figure out you didn't have were presents I was supposed to take when I leave in two days.

Any company that puts John 3:16 on the bottom of their bags has my vote!! Aside from the fact that I shopped their for the first time yesturday and found 3 jackets, fall, white wool, and black wool and being a 5' I was shocked to find they fit GREAT! At first I thought this store was for teens and "20's" but it works for me, age 44. Thanks Forever 21!

If you're looking for cheap fashionable clothing , this "The Place". You just have to be picky because some of the fabric may not look good after 3-4 washes.
