...Best customer service !
My husband and I, have been coming to Furr's Fresh Buffet for a couple of times in Plano. Has great food, and one amazing waiter! Manny, our server on Saturday February 23rd gave our 3rd visit to Furr's a wonderful experience, was very polite, seem to always have a smile, and was very attentive. Would highly come back and ask for him.

Dinner was an awful experience!
My husband & I have enjoyed the food and service at breakfast & lunch at the Furrs in Las Cruces, NM until we went to dinner last night for the first and very last time. The meat was tuff, the spinach tasted awful, and the supposedly steam rice tasted powdery. it was not a pleasant dinner at all.

great service
My husband and I go to Furr's Las Cruces, every Sunday, and we always sit in this one section because the server Leeja is always friendly, on the ball, and treats us as if she was waiting on her own family. I would highly recommend that anyone who sits in her area will be treated with the utmost respect...Ione

Awful
I purchased the roast beef; it was the worst I have ever tasted. The mashed potatoes were lumpy. The jalapeno cornbread was almost too hard to eat. The ONLY part of the meal worth eating was the greens and the gravy. I used to eat at Furr's quite a bit when it was at Saturn and Northwest. It was ALWAYS very good. But I am very disappointed this time. I am without a job and I felt like treating myself for a change. I can honestly say I made a huge mistake by coming to the Furr's #148, and it will not happen again.

Senior Discount
We love to eat at Furr's. But I have a question. After having eaten at
Furr's here in S. Austin, we left for home by city bus. When we arrived at home, I noticed that the cashier charged my wife and I the regular price, although I told her (Fatima) that we were both seniors. On the
receipt, she charged for one senior buffet $6.99 and on the other, she
charged for one adult buffet $6.99. What's the real story on this?

Too bad Furr's can't get a -1 rating. My friend wanted to go there, and since it was my treat, OK. It was the WORST meal I've ever had! They ran out of clam chowder (on a Friday, mind you). The Texas grill steaks would compare to eating my husband's work boots..so would the roast beef slab I was given. Our "fresh" fruit was still frozen. All in all a MAJOR disappointment. Next time, I'm going back to the Golden Corral.

We love dinning with Furr's..
Yummy and tasty and sooo many items to choose from...Some of our very favorites..lime/cottagecheese/pineapple salad..spicy cornbread..turkey/dressing..fish bake..meat loaf..spinach..liver/onions..and all of Furr's deserts...Wish we didn't live so far away(3 hours)from a Furr's family dinning establishment..And I sure wish I had their recipe for that spicy cornbread ..Boy is it good...

The Manager needs training on customer service
My ticket was rang up incorrectly and I asked for a manager. When Michael Davis came over he told me that he would not change the way it was rung up and then WALKED away from me. The food was not very good either. No one in my party of 4 like it. Will not be returning to Furr's!

Furr's Fresh Buffet in Albuquerque, New Mexico-2200 Wyoming
This is certainly the" ultimate "in cafeteria dining. The food was just fabulous, beautiful, sumptuous, and colorful. The layout and decor was beautiful. The manager and staff were warm and helpful. If only we had a cafeteria like this in Abilene! The Furr's we had closed because the food was not very good and the manager was cold and unfriendly, in my opinion.

Noisy People Working There..
When my wife and I go out to eat, we do not care about the employees personal problems and loud voices. And we do not appreciate it being addressed as "You Guys". We are senior citizens and have achieved the right to be addressed as Sir and Ma'am. The local Las Cruces, New Mexico Furrs has a lot of training to perform if they in fact wish to be considered a first class eating establishment.

Furrs Store # 219 3421 Grande Bulevar Irving, Texas
My son and I meet once a week for lunch at your # 219 location. My son has to be at work at 12:00 noon, as you can tell that leaves 30 minutes to eat and 30 minutes to get to work. They are consistantly late opening the door, but today at 11:10 they said it would be at LEAST 10 more minutes. Today we left along with at least 10 other customers. We like the food, price and friendly people, but will be unable to continue eating there if you and your General Manager can't get the doors opened as stated on the wall at your location, which is 11:00 AM, not 11:10, 11:20 or later. 11:00 AM Comes at the same time every day.

A bad time at Furrs
I just left Furrs in Lubbock Tx. and it was awful. The servers were not clean looking, had dirty hair, no nets, no gloves, hickeys on their necks, and were rude. The people on the serving line were not speaking clearly and were down right rude. The furniture was out of date, floors were dirty, I was so disappointed in Furrs that I will not return, a meal for myself and one other was $1.20 away from $20. If this is Family dining then I don't want it.

Best in the West
My wife Ann and I are regulars at Furr's in Roswell and Carlsbad, NM. We find them both to be rated 5 star, but have a slight preferance for Roswell. Food and service is fantastic.
