 Broken furniture and Driver fails to turn up
We have recently spent over £600 on a garden table, chairs and parasol base. The delivery driver really didn't want to help with unloading and only grudgingly helped my wife. On unpacking we discovered a huge crack in the table and the arm of one of the chairs was broken. We called G-World at the weekend and spoke to a sales operative. Nobody called us back so we called again on Wednesday and they said they had no record of our call. We arranged for a swap of the chair and table to be delivered last Friday - my wife stayed in all day but the delivery didn't turned up. She called and was told not to worry, it would turn up but it never did. Today we opened the parasol base box and discovered one of the adjustable feet had broken off. We have photos of all of this. All we want to do now is get a 100% refund - we have no faith in the company, the product, and especially the delivery service (that may have caused all 3 problems). We will ask for a full refund on Monday and keep you all posted, but right now - zero points for customer service and for product delivery.
