I got a quote from Getamover who connected me with Interstate moving and relocation who sub contracted with A&J movers...that was 7 weeks ago and I STILL have not received my goods. Neither company will return my call, and worse A&J Moving's telephone number has been disconnected. Brian from Interstate refuses to return my calls and has been completely ineffective in providing any updates. Brian even encouraged me NOT to file a claim because he said "that would not get my stuff here any quicker". I have filed a complaint with the BBB of upstate NY for Interstate Moving and relocation and have filed a claim with my homeowner's insurance. I cannot stress this enough, avoid this company at all costs. I am pursuing legal action.

I went with GETAMOVER and they referred INTERSTATE MOVING & RELOCATION out of Bridgeport, N.Y.. INTERSTATE MOVING & RELOCATION sub leased the contract with A&J MOVERS from Cary, N.C.. They picked up my belongings March 14, 2009 and as of today July 21, 2009 I still have not recieved my belongings. Neither company will answer my calls and INTERSTATE MOVING & RELOCATION has even hung the phone up on me. I have filed complaints with BBB and THE ATTORNY GENERAL and have still had NO RESULTS. I am out $720.00 with no service rendered!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
